  • Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 7 to 21 business days, depending on the product, your location, and the supplier.

 

Multiple Shipments

If your order includes items from different suppliers, you may receive multiple parcels. Each shipment will include tracking information (where available).

We work with trusted logistics partners such as Royal Mail, DPD, FedEx, and others, depending on your location and the supplier’s delivery method.

Europe

  • Royal Mail Recorded (under 2kg)

  • Shipped discreetly in plain brown packaging with no indication of contents.
  • All parcels are sent via recorded, insured delivery services and will not be left with neighbours or on doorsteps.

Customs & Delays

  • Customs checks, public holidays, or supplier delays may affect delivery times.
