Tant Collections Membership Programme – Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction
By joining the Tant Collections Membership Programme (“Membership”), you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions (also referred to as Subscription Policy). The Membership is designed to provide exclusive benefits, including members-only pricing, complimentary delivery, surprise gifts and access to special events.

2. Membership Duration & Renewal

Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Founding members renew at £100 per year.

Renewal fees and benefits may vary.

3. Launch Offer

As part of our exclusive launch offer, early members may receive additional perks, such as extra discounts or a special welcome surprise. These offers are subject to availability and may change at any time.

4. Member Benefits

Member benefits are active following the purchase of membership.

First-time purchase discount is automatically applied at checkout if you purchase any other item in addition to your membership.

First-time purchase free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when you purchase membership and any other product from the store.

  • Three Surprise Gifts: Members will receive three exclusive surprises throughout the year. These may include limited-edition products, discounts or other perks. Surprises are selected at our discretion and are non-exchangeable.
  • Free Delivery: All membership holders enjoy free standard delivery on every order. Express delivery may be available at an additional charge.

5. Membership Card

Any images of a membership card on our website or marketing materials are for illustrative purposes only. No physical membership card will be issued.

6. Cooling-Off Period

If you change your mind, you may cancel your membership within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided you have not redeemed any membership benefits. To request a cancellation, contact our customer service team on members@tantcollections.com

7. Changes to the Programme

Tant Collections reserves the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the Membership Programme at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes.
