Refund policy
At Tant Collections, we want you to feel confident in your purchases. As a store that partners with multiple suppliers and dropshippers, our returns and refund policies vary depending on the item purchased.
Please read the relevant sections below carefully to understand which policy applies to your order.
1. Adult Toys (Xtrader)
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt, provided:
- The item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all enclosed documentation.
- Returns are at your expense unless the item is confirmed as faulty.
- Delivery charges are only refundable if the item is faulty.

Important:
You are responsible for the item until it reaches us. For your protection, we recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service.
2. Clothing (Alterego)
Returns are only accepted in the case of faulty items.
To be eligible:
- You must report faults or delivery issues within 24 hours of receipt.
- Items must be in their original, unbroken packaging and must not be soiled or unsaleable.
- No returns will be accepted without prior written authorisation from Alterego.
Note: We cannot accept returns if:
- The item was shipped in perfect condition.
- It has been discontinued or is no longer in its original condition.
- The return is requested outside of the 24-hour window without prior agreement.
For delivery issues (e.g., missing parcels), please contact us with:
- Your name
- Order number

We will work with Alterego and the delivery company to resolve the issue before issuing a replacement or refund.
3. All Other Products
For all other items not fulfilled by Xtrader or Alterego, we only accept returns for faulty products.
To request a return:
- Contact us at hello@tantcollections.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your name, order number, date of purchase, and details of the fault (including photos).
- If the fault is confirmed, we’ll ask you to return the item to us. Once inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
Please Note:
- We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or non-faulty items.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is confirmed faulty.
